Shut down or frozen? My help getting you live is free

Every hour without a working checkout costs you sales, so the first job is always the same: get you taking cards again, then make it last.

The diagnosis call, the fast-track account and your first merchant account application cost you nothing. Why free? Payment providers pay me a referral fee when you process with them, and I'll tell you which ones before you apply.

Optional extras, like a checkout build, website fixes or backup accounts, have a fixed price agreed before any work starts.

Book a free discovery call

Turned away at sign-up or shut down later, the path is the same: live on a fast-track account first, then accounts in your own name.

  1. Day one

    Diagnose

On a free 30-minute call we go through what you sell, why you were turned away or shut down, and which providers are likely to say yes.

  2. Usually 24 to 48 hours

    Get live

A fast-track provider gets your checkout taking cards while the longer applications run.

  3. Usually 1 to 2 weeks

    Apply

I check your documents and fix the website gaps underwriters look for. Then I prepare your application and get it submitted in your business name.

  4. Ongoing · optional, fixed quote

    Stay live

With two accounts, each payment goes to the one most likely to approve it, and the other takes over if one declines or closes. Your Shopify store never changes.

Your checkout splits payments 60/40 across Account A and Account B. When Account A declines a payment, it falls back to Account B and is approved. 60%40% DeclinedFallback → Your checkoutShopify store Account AYour name Account BYour name Payment approvedOrder complete

Stores I work with

*These can take longer to get approved and need more paperwork. Anything else that's legal and sells on Shopify, ask.

I can't help stores on the MATCH list (the card networks' blocklist), stores that can't verify their ID, or anything illegal where you or your customers are.

    Straight answers

Something else on your mind? Message me.

    Is my help really free?
Yes. The call, the fast-track setup and your first merchant account application are free. Extras like a checkout build, website fixes or backup accounts have a fixed price agreed up front, and only if you want them. Payment providers pay me a referral fee, and I'll tell you which ones before you apply.
Which industries do you work with?
Most things that sell on Shopify, from supplements and subscriptions to apparel, coaching and high-ticket goods. If it's legal where you and your customers are, book a call and I'll tell you honestly what can be approved.
My payouts are frozen. Can you get that money released?
Not directly. Money Stripe or Shopify is already holding comes back on their schedule, often up to 120 days after an account closes. What I can do is get your new sales paid out through an account in your business name, usually within 24 to 48 hours, so the hold stops being your only cash flow.
    Why was I shut down?
The usual reasons are a chargeback rate near 1%, a product category the provider restricts, a sudden jump in sales, or a verification problem. Your shutdown email usually hints at which one, so bring it to the call.
Can I keep my Shopify store?
Yes. Your store stays on Shopify, exactly as it is. Only the way you take payments changes.
How fast can I take payments again?
Fast-track providers usually answer within 24 hours, and most stores are taking cards again within 24 to 48 hours. Merchant accounts in your own name take longer, usually a few days to two weeks. These are typical timings, not guarantees.
    Will this happen again?
It can. Any provider can close an account. That's why the setup ends with a second account in your name, so one closure doesn't stop your sales.
    What's a rolling reserve?
Many high-risk accounts hold back part of each sale, often 5 to 10% for 90 to 180 days, then pay it out. You'll see the exact terms before you sign anything.
    What happens to my subscribers?
New subscribers start on the new setup right away. Existing renewals move in small batches, because switching providers all at once can cause declines.
Can I get Shopify Payments back later?
Sometimes. It usually takes 6 to 12 months of clean processing elsewhere, with chargebacks under 1%. Until then, your own accounts keep you selling.
Do you ever hold my money?
No, never. Every account is in your business name with a licensed provider, and payouts go straight to your bank.
